4月18至23日,一年一度的国际医学磁共振学会(简称ISMRM)第28届年会暨会展即将在澳大利亚悉尼举办。作为医学磁共振领域最权威的国际盛会,每年的ISMRM都将展示全球最前沿的科研成果,促进医学和生物学核磁共振领域及其他相关主题的交流、研究、开发和应用。
根据最新公布的ISMRM 2020摘要接收名单,复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院张江国际脑影像中心(ZIC)团队有17篇摘要被接收,包括2篇口头报告、2篇Power Pitch和13篇海报。
Valerie Voon教授受邀在ISMRM的education symposium 上作题为“clinical application of rsfMRI ”的讲座。
郑忍成同学入选题为“Automatic Liver Tumor Detection using Deep learning based segmentation and Radiomics guided Candidate Filtering”的一篇口头报告和题为“Imaging-based hepatic fibrosis staging of patients with hepatitis B: a radiomics analysis study on Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI”的一篇power pitch,分别介绍了一种基于人工智能算法在磁共振增强影像上进行高精度HCC分割以及利用影像组学方法在Gd-EOB-DTPA增强磁共振影像上进行肝纤维化等级评估。
徐帅同学及中山医院合作团队入选题为“Gait-related white matter tracts damage in idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus”的口头报告,对iNPH患者感觉与运动传导通路白质纤维束的结构损伤,探究iNPH患者步态异常的病理机制进行介绍。
张博宇同学入选题为“Assessing Focal Cortical Dysplasia Using Advanced Diffusion Imaging Sequences”的power pitch,对先进的磁共振扩散序列Noddi在局灶性皮质发育不良疾病中的应用及价值进行介绍。
另外13篇海报分别从静息态磁共振、磁共振指纹成像、ASL、磁共振相位测温、EPI伪影矫正、T1rho定量、机器学习等领域对ZIC团队近一年内在磁共振成像技术开发及临床应用方面取得的进展进行报道。
